All handmade on our farm in Rathmaiden Slane Co Meath.
All of our products are made using local ingredients where possible, hence, supporting fellow local artisan producers and giving a wholesome flavour.
All of our pigs live a long and happy life. From the time they are born on our farm, they never receive an injection and the land does not see any fertiliser. Because they see the sun and daylight the meat is high in vitamin D.
We feel strongly about bio-diversity, hence our 60 acre native woodland which as well as a natural habitat for our pigs, it is also a wildlife haven for hundreds of species of insects, birds, bees, red deer etc.

Chorizo – Chorizo from Slane not Spain. Ready to eat or it can be used to spice up a dish, i.e. pasta. Size 250g €6.00 each.
Pepperoni – Ideal to use as a topping on a home-made pizza. Size 250g/300g. €5.00 each.
Salami – Goes very well in a charcuterie platter with cheese. Size 250g €6.00 each.
Lemon Pepper Products
Lemon pepper pork burgers – Sausage meat rolled in a lemon pepper crumb and pressed into a burger. Ideal served on a bun with salad and dressing. Great for barbecues. Comes in a tray pack of 4. €5.00 per pack.
Lemon pepper meatballs -Sausage meat rolled in a lemon pepper crumb and formed in to balls. Could be used in a pasta dish with a tomato sauce. Comes in a tray pack of 6. €5.00 per pack.
