All handmade on our farm in Rathmaiden Slane Co Meath.

Good Taste

All of our products are made using local ingredients where possible, hence, supporting fellow local artisan producers and giving a wholesome flavour.

Good Health

All of our pigs live a long and happy life. From the time they are born on our farm, they never receive an injection and the land does not see any fertiliser. Because they see the sun and daylight the meat is high in vitamin D.

Sustainability

We feel strongly about bio-diversity, hence our 60 acre native woodland which as well as a natural habitat for our pigs, it is also a wildlife haven for hundreds of species of insects, birds, bees, red deer etc.

Traditional Breakfast Sausage

Traditional hand made breakfast sausages.  6 per tray pack.  €4.00 per pack

Black Pudding

Hand made using our age old recipe using traditional methods of production. 500g ring €6.00

White Pudding

Hand made using our age old recipe using traditional methods of production. 500g ring €6.00

Charcuterie

Chorizo – Chorizo from Slane not Spain.  Ready to eat or it can be used to spice up a dish, i.e. pasta.  Size 250g/300g.  €5.00 each.

Pepperoni – Ideal to use as a topping on a home-made pizza. Size 250g/300g.  €5.00 each.

Salami – Goes very well in a charcuterie platter with cheese. Size 250g/300g.  €5.00 each.

Lemon Pepper Products

Lemon pepper pork burgers – Sausage meat rolled in a lemon pepper crumb and pressed into a burger. Ideal served on a bun with salad and dressing.  Great for barbecues. Comes in a tray pack of 4.  €4.00 per pack.

Lemon pepper meatballs -Sausage meat rolled in a lemon pepper crumb and formed in to balls. Could be used in a pasta dish with a tomato sauce. Comes in a tray pack of 6.  €4.00 per pack.

Jumbo Sausages

In a range of flavours (Pork and Leek, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, Apple and Sage, Toulouse, Sicilian and Fennel, Chilli and Jalapeno, Black Pudding Apple and Sage, Bru Rua Ale)

Pork Cuts

Loin, Shoulder, Pork Belly –   These are all €8.00 kg and are vac packed.

Pork Fillet – €12.00 kg and vac packed.

Pork Chops – comes in a tray of 4.  €10.00 per tray.

Leg Pork, Ribs, Smoked Belly, Bacon Ribs – these are all €8.00 kg and are vac packed.

Hams – home cured.  These are all €8.00 kg and are vac packed.  They range in weight from 1kg right up to a whole ham.

We will be making a special “Fleadh Sausage” using local ingredients including Boyne Brew House ale & Drummond House garlic that will be exclusive to Gerry’s Fresh Food outlets. (It will also be available at the Honest2Goodness Market)
